yeah, my license and my record is so squeaky clean that when they run it it’ll clean their hard drive.I’ve got a plan after I get in about 18 - 20 months if an opening comes up. I’ll be getting in much needed experience and hopefully soon I’ll be with you guys in a little bit. I appreciate your support and encouragement. It means a lot to me!

You got start somewhere, and Schneider is one of the better ones. Yes the pay sucks, but aside from LTL which company pays the best just starting out?
With them once you have the taste of the open road, you can switch divisions and learn more as time goes on. Personally i would go to the tanker division there. Learn how to haul chemicals, that way you can really go on to a high paying job.
Intermodal would be a good one too, you learn really quickly just much you tolerate and learn really quickly. If there is a Walmart account there still, give it a try. That way you can get reefer experience.
