I set out on 12/30, the kids were ready for me to come home for a few days. Not to mention the wife!

Sitting in Council Bluffs for a couple hours to grab food and wait for rush hour to die down and 1465 rolls into the yard. I’m surprised they haven’t taken the #### thing out to pasture yet. It has to be well over 600k by now. When i got the pleasure of driving it, it felt every bit of the mileage it had on it. Plus in true Carrier fashion, the APU took a #### two weeks into my tenure in it

So, today I get to deliver at 2 grocery warehouses in Pennsylvania. Sitting at ES3 in York now for an 07:00 appointment, then I have a 15:00 at Wakefern foods in Breinigsville. Pretty much expect the day to be a lost cause for productivity and if I can find a decent place to park when they are done with me at the second drop it’s a win.

Picked up a broker load nearby after i dropped in Clayton the other day that went to Target in Topeka. Then swung over to Lawrence for a Jayhawk paper load going to Fremont. Currently at the yard doing laundry and watching a western on TV. I’ll finish a 34 here and leave back out tomorrow morning hopefully.

Did my part and got my taxes filed. Very surprised that my federal refund is a lot less than last year. Interestingly, my state refund is triple what i got last year and almost as much as my federal. Oh well, at least i didn’t owe the government money

it does but the problem is that so many different people have driven it that it’s just kind of a POS. It definitely doesn’t get serviced on a regular basis, or at least compared to what’s standard here

But it is a spare truck i suppose

hope not dumb twucker Thanks this.
