Looks like the longer route is the way to go.

That’s my old territory. The state roads are fine to run. I hauled hundreds of loads of feed through there. It looks a little scary in places, but it’s a legit truck route.

In my mission to pull every broken trailer this week, I picked one up with a leaky hub at ACT. Took it to Caravan for repair, and now I’m sitting at Midway with the same seal blown out. Good times.

that’s the way i took after consulting my atlas as well. There’s a reason why i keep one in the truck. Despite all the technology of today, the ol’ Rand McNally still has its uses

Dropped off my 2nd stop in Rolla and about to hit the road again to Farmington to drop off my last stop. Some people don’t like them but i quite like these multi stop Kawasaki loads.

After Farmington, i’m to deadhead north of Hannibal to Quincy for a live load of something going to Valmont in West Point, NE

When it comes to multi-stop loads, it all depends on what you're hauling. Kawasaki loads are easy peasey. When I was at SPD, I always loved multi-stop dealer loads like Genie equipment, however, I really didn't care for the Boeing/TMX parts multi-stop loads unless they let me use a conestoga.

If it’s SEM Mineral you’ll check in, go scale empty, they’ll give you a green light, then you’ll go to your dock to get loaded. They’ll come out and tell you when you’re done then you’ll scale heavy, and come back and back in front of your dock for them to seal it and give you paperwork. It’s an axle scale so it’ll show you where you’re at across the board. When you check in slide your tandems back and you’ll need the pickup, truck, and trailer number. It’s pretty easy.

Ah. Nevermind then. That’s Titan Wheel they used to make ginormous tires and wheels for like quarry haul trucks. That place is a compound I wouldn’t begin to guess where to tell you to go. Security will know tho. It’s old town Quincy so some of the streets around there can be a little snug. Stick to Locust and/or Broadway.
