Oh wait, it's New York.... nevermind let 'em suffer, maybe some of them will stay home and there will be less traffic jams.

 

8,780 paid miles for the month of May. I was home for 11 days, only 4 of which was actually requested hometime.

When I deliver near Omaha later today, I will have 22,383 miles for the quarter.

I'll already have about 4,600 miles for this month after I deliver today, so I run hard when I'm out. It's just all the unscheduled time at home, last month was especially bad, that will most likely make me miss my mileage bonus for the quarter, since I put in for 8 days off for my trip.

and may I say, that was a picture perfect blind side back I witnessed. Not one pull up or adjustment other than steers.

I get in and out clean but not really pretty, from either side… LOL Maybe after 30 years driving experience I’ll get it down.
