FFE (Frozen Food Express) and Leonard's Express' very dumb no good recruitment process

He did but so far I haven’t had much of a problem. I just think there’s a bit more to the story. I don’t know everything but I think I’ve learned quite a bit in my almost 30 years of being out here. I first dealt with them 9 years ago when Great Plains was part of them and they’re still pretty decent now. They usually leave drivers alone unless a driver does something to piss them off or they need something urgent done.

 

I think you made a good choice with holland. As long as you’re keeping your nose clean, your ducks in a row and communicate when things go south there shouldnt be a problem.

 

OP ,think of this as a blessing in disguise. Right now Leonard’s Express is in deep s*** after one of their drivers caused a fatal wreck on I-95 in North Carolina a few months ago. That’s a company to avoid! Plus the market is a little rough right now!

It was a Leonard’s Express-I stopped the video and zoomed in on the logo on the trailer right after it struck one of our trucks and before it took out the dump truck. The dashcam footage was from our truck!

You think you went through "crap" with Leonard's. I just went thru basically the same with EVO Transportation. Incompetent, disorganized, no personal touch, no communication, questions and issues unresolved. I was taught to never "hang my dirty laundry out in public", so I am not getting into what I went thru. I finally said "stick it".
