If you worked for Crete and ran zoned freight where you don't live then maybe you'd log different.
My days here are limited, any day and we'll part ways.
I remember the 3 load offers, where the first driver to deliver got offered the best loads.
And it was so much fun to beat the other drivers I loaded with to the customer.
And it doesn't matter any more now that we have asset managers, the first driver empty can end up with the worst load now, so he might as well of quit early, drank heavily and delivered at the end of the window.
And who is the driver liaison at Crete ?
they don't have one, nor do we have anyone to call if we feel we're being screwed over.
My policy is, if you don't like me, then grow a dick and fire me

I'm pretty sure I saw the same truck broke down lol. We use Michelin on call for our breakdowns and they call whoever no specific place to come for roadside service.

    mushroom1464 Thanks this.

And I was on the fence about them being better than the 1st place they used...I forget the name of the place...but sometimes with that first place, you had to suggest a shop because they had a hard time locating one in their directory, but they were always polite southern folks.

I think it was Fleetnet but my memory ain't as good as it used to be. Michelin does an ok service but I am generally really, really proactive in finding the place that I want to go to to get something fixed and they have always approved my choice. If not I would have waited on a few occasions at places that didn't have the part in stock to fix my problem when another shop did.
