Take you head out of your ### and catch up...I moved on from Big G...4 months ago....and believe it or not, I am happy with my new company, just wish they didn't use automated transmissions, but I am making better money here than anywhere else. And the best part, no grocery warehouses and no backhaul ########.

Exactly how was my not being able to to make money at Poly because of their junk equipment my fault? My final weeks there I was on the side of the road 3 days a week waiting on someone with a computer because the half tard International techs couldn't figure out which of the sensors was causing the problem, and it's a common issue with International in general, not just Poly trucks..the previous truck went thru 3 a/c systems in 6 months (each time from condensor to evaporator was replaced), and had the ISX 10k oil filter plugging issue, that there was a fix for, but Poly's solution was to carry a spare filter...and by the way most of the posts on the Poly threads sound (there is more than 1 Poly thread), the equipment is still a major issue, and last report was, no more Pete's this year...

the people with those nice vehicles are usually the people without any money, thats why they are in the drivers lot while they work to pay for them lol

“Don’t believe all the garbage you read on here...”

Actually, I find the honesty of every one here refreshing. Especially all the new members posting critiques of their former bosses.

Now, there was a time when a lot a people on here just weren’t very honest. It reminded me of when I first started driving around 220 years ago.

I remember getting so annoyed with one pilgrim back then that I bit her twice. Last I heard she was a rat and living in Nebraska. I don’t know. I left her conjoined with another bride.

No matter though. I hope wherever she is she gets a fungus all over her body and her fangs fall out!

can you make decent pay at poly? sure, better than most places? sure, for less work? depending on how you define less work, sure. can you make good money being a drug dealer? sure. give it a shot, it could go good or it could go bad, you decide if its for you or not. and move on if its not. i dont think anyone is complaining just telling it from their experience.

I never said they were smart. I think there a bunch
Of fools myself. Most of them are to old to be that stupid
To waste they're money on something that goes straight
Down in value. But it's thier money.

The point was it looks like new car dealership back there.
I'm not talking about your plain, one color basic new
    car either.
These are brand new hot rods with another 4/5 grand in
    Added luxuries.
That's the kind of money you can make here in spite
    of the horrible shop.
And you don't have to work hard to get it.

Your right. And I'm telling it from my expierence.
This place is giving away money to any driver
    That's wants it.
With no hassle and zero micro management.
How about no management at all. That's even better.

Everyday someone sits waiting for that certain load
going to a certain place They lost 300 bucks that day.
    But that's thier choice.
I'll take it. I do all my sitting at home.
Even the #### loads here pay good.

Give it a couple more months and you'll be
#####ing and complaining about them too.
    Your never happy.

Your truck is a piece of junk, hop in another one.
If that one sucks, hop in another one.
Keep going until you find one that's worth a dam.
Yea it sucked balls swapping trucks almost every time
I hit the yard, but I found a few of them that lasted a
Couple months before they fell apart.

You got 2 options working here.
Find a way to deal with whatever the problem is yourself,
    Or find another job.
Nobody in that office cares, and none of them are
Going to give up there gravy job and rock the boat
    For driver.

They got it made in that office and they know it.
Everyone of them that was here when I got here
Are still sitting behind that desk.
