My motto is "I was looking for a job when I found this one." I've never regretted quitting a job, ive never looked back. I always feel it's their loss, not mine, because I give 110% every day. I'm passionate about trucking, it's what I've known. I feel compelled to measure tread depth, to check for irregular tire wear, adjust brakes, fix lights, do minor engine work if need be. It's just who I am.

My parents own their own truck now, and my mom share that passion. She wants chicken lights, chrome, stays on my dad about pre trips, checking equipment. I wish everyone shared passion in this industry, I wouldn't need to air up tires, fix lights, clean up other's mess, but it's just the new generations attitude of "do as little as possible ".

 

I just heard they put a brand new guy in a brand new bright RED? Freightliner 2 weeks ago. test drive to buy- they definitely don't have trucks open. When I was working in the office, the rule was "no new guy in a brand new truck, no matter what". Seem like your intel was a little off. Troy said Jrod is like a bouncer at a club right now, "1 out, 1 in and you better be on the list". Ha!

 

I don't know what that means...if anything.

No offense, but with sudden u-turns like that...I almost got whiplash

 

True enough ...I try real hard to stay on the positive and give things my best .
I've been quite about this till now but great O. #### near put me in bankruptcy with they're lies disorganization ...I don't like talking bad about anyone preferring to be positive.
Does that clarify things ?
