Step one, as soon as the yelling starts, use this button





Then inform them via the Peoplenet or Omnitracs that all communications will now be done over the incab unit and not by phone.


Step 2, when they call back hit the ignore button and let it go to voicemail...then if they yell on voice mail, you have proof of their abuse.

If the abuse on voicemail continues, put the company number on your blocked caller list.

 

You don’t get something, they are not there to push you, they are not there to get the most miles out of you, they are there to give you work and solve problems for you and the customer.

I would never tolerate anyone yelling at me, I won’t let my drivers be yelled at and have got pissed off at the individual who did it at the carrier and even at a customer.

find another place to work at, don’t give a notice and tell them they didn’t respect you as a driver so they don’t need you as a driver.

I don’t do well with people yelling at me.
I go ballistic.
I’d find me a real job.
And get a recorder incase they try to say they have no idea why I quit and quit under load or done stupid stuff.

 

I don't mind being yelled at once in a while when I screw up. But it goes both ways where I work. The boss can call and scream at me until he's blue. And I don't hesitate to do the same to him. We just have that gentlemen's agreement I guess. And we get along fine
