He mentioned its an 09' Cascadia. Some of the 09's have the DD15 and some have the 14L series 60 in them.

XLS, have you checked out Pullen Bros???

No way would I give up on them due to truck issues XL. It's obvious to those with little knowledge of the outfit, they run decent equipment. Look at your length of haul with these guys. Get a new ride and truck it up \m/

What DNA said, I know it's frustrating my friend. I had the same light on my trailer go out three times in a week, and my ABS light comes on anytime I'm not near a shop. If you can get to Akron, there is probably a good chance of getting another ride. Keep your head up driver, keep the faith. Hope it gets better

Was pulling for ya xlsdraw, hoped it would work for ya better then it did me years ago, still hope they make it right for you but at least you left crete right so you can go back.

Back in 2010 I got hired there, waited a few days for a truck to be "detailed" for me, when I got it it was filthy, couldn't see out of windshield or tell where the carpet ended and rubber started, had to clean between loading and sleeping, took about 5 hours!!! Worked my way across and up to Akron where they took that truck from me and put me in an older and dirtier truck!!! (as they closed the shop for the day too...) I had cereal in the work station drawer, under the bunk, in the closets, everywhere!!! Spent hours cleaning that one and worked back to Florida with a bad APU too.... by the time I got home I was so disgusted I voiced my displeasure, maybe too loudly??? Was told I probably wouldn't like it there anyway so I could clean out truck... I still think they are a good company, just seems like they don't get everyone welcomed in right all the time....

Good luck, hope it works out after you get to Akron....

Thx for all the support. I am also a very forgiving person when people attempt to the right thing. I guess I will find out in the morning.

So who's going to throw the first match. If they don't give you a better ride. I hope you tell them where they can put that truck.

Be cool. Sounds like the beginning of most of my good jobs. its when you start out with everything going perfect then it becomes too good to be true.

Being the kind of person that I am...not a 'glass half full' or 'glass half empty' kinda guy. I'm more of a "who's been drinking out of my freeking glass!?!?" But I would have to agree. When I came to Poly I had high hopes and little patience for the bumps in the road. I seriously thought of leaving, but I stuck it out, grew some patience and now I couldn't be happier unless I won a $300 million lottery jackpot. The bumps are still there, but I started seeing the bigger picture and how much potential there was in my staying, and it makes it easier to take the bumps. Hang in there, I'm living proof that it works.

Heyl got the truck into the shop at 06:00 this morning. They had it out and ready to roll at 08:30. The oil leak and air leak are at the compressor and I will get worked thru a Freightliner dealership for that. We had a meeting and all agreed we'd give it another try.
