How come everyone isn't driving for Walmart?

i turned down walmart out of brookheaven ms they wanted me to be on call and not work 4 any1 else on days off

 

My question would be, why can't all the other companies treat their drivers, as good as Walmart treats theirs?

 

walmart has revenue from store to gve driver others fight for rate per mile sooo we get screwd how do you pay 72k or 80 k yr at 1.00 per mile u dont you scream drver shortage so you can bring cheap labor in

 

That $480+ billion gotta be a good part of the reason

Only out of the Hermiston Oregon DC. They use teams to run freight up to the stores in Alaska. That's about 5,000 miles round trip. 5 days in the summer, probably a little more in the winter.

 

They must get compensated very well !
