How to find OTR terminals near me that will train?

Hi y'all, I'm from North Eastern Ky (right by OH & WV) and wanting to start OTR trucking. I'm leaning towards choosing a company that'll train me for my cdl. But my concern is there doesn't seem to be to many terminals around me for such companies. How far do you otr drivers travel to your terminals? How do I find a list of companies that train for the cdl near me? I'd prefer a company that'll send me out west some and doesn't have driver cameras. Does anyone have any suggestions on a company or where I should look? The sooner I can get out there the better.

Those two may be able to help.

 

Your best bet is to go through a local tech school for there cdl program. Stay away from company sponsored training if it isn't by a LTL company.

However, it sounds like your trying to get away quickly. Are you on the run for whiping up good shine back in those mountains???
