When the person answers; you say.
I want to let you know that I have received an offer from a different company. I have accepted that offer. I will not be attending your orientation. I know you have put time into this, and I thank you for that. I do hope you have a reserve candidate for the position.

Call the person that you have been dealing with the most, advise them that your situation has changed and you have to respectively decline the offer. Thank them for the offer of employment and say good bye.
Offer no other explanation than your circumstances have changed. Trust me...they will appreciate the call. -
