@Hurst I appreciate your advice and believe me I am a careful mover. I understand the obligation of constant diligence towards the business.

 

I'm selling a 2003 Volvo Vnl 660 model. It has a Cummins N-14 Celect Plus 475hp engine with a 10 speed Meritor transmission. This is big powerful engine.

Head gasket blew and it needs to be rebuilt.
I personally do not want to sell my truck because it's a good truck and I put lots of money into it but then again I do not want to fix it because I want get an older truck so I could get away from E-logs. That is why I am selling it. I will list the new parts on the bottom of the page.

If someone thinks about this long enough - it's a good buy - Complete in-frame for $10-$12K, and whammo - you've got a truck that's already been well-maintained , ready to go another million miles.

What's your ballpark figure?

 

I was thinking the same thing if you could pick it up reasonably. Ive seen those N14s withstand some God awful lack of maintenance and still run everyday. Pretty bulletproof

 

I have pulled that ad off the Phoenix craigslist

 

Knowing what I know now - it’s a good option.

Unfortunately most are looking to finance, finding a cash buyer that gets it is a smaller segment.

 

Or just flat out scammers. Shame because craigslist used to be pretty good.

 

It’s too bad, looks like a decent truck. Too bad the guy just put all that money into it with everything else and now he wants an older truck to get away from the E log.
