It’s not so bad, you can still get to gourmet dogs at loves for $3.33.

"The hot dogs are twisted into 5 1/4" lengths which is exactly what Paula here wishes her husband would do more of in the bedroom"

Paula looks like she has been enjoying an occasional hot dog herself....

I just called a company owner yesterday, who was paying 30% to his drivers, three days ago - said he had to "Lower it to 27%, due to fuel costs." Right. Like he's not passing those "fuel costs" onto his contracts AND his drivers.. "Double-Dipping" is a post-Covid FACT. It's not just at the pumps. This industry is one of the most abusive & exploitative towards employee's, I've ever seen, aside from roughnecks & military work. Fun fact: it's also the least represented / unrepresented in the legal world.. unless you're the one sueing the "big bad truck driver." But yeah, "Critical Infrastructure"..........

I think there is a connection between the low cost of hot dogs and the shortage of cat and dog food.

Like I said something is going to have to give somewhere. Either some companies fold and go out of business, drivers won't drive which will create a bigger driver shortage, new people won't come into the industry, or maybe something else like govt intervention.

But right now the way things are going it won't continue. $7.99 hot dogs, $11.99 salads maybe $15 fuel.

What do you see changing exactly? Government is doubling down on, "It's not our fault". Companies aren't going to pay drivers any more than they have to. I'm seeing a lot of pain coming in the next year or so.
