At the 46 sec mark you have veered out of your lane
49 sec he is in front of you
why not brake and let him in
    looks like you sped up
both drivers need to attend the smith system class

    walstib and scottied67 Thank this.

Because the traffic merging has to yield to traffic going straight. I wouldn't expect someone to gun it thinking he can make it. Something a 4wheeler does not a driver.

Op, I say u report that driver, we need less of him on the road

I veered because this guy was coming up hard and fast in a dimishing lane situation, I was looking for an out and said 'oh yeah, this is my lane'. He could have and should have slowed down and tucked in, afterall he passed at least 3 signs saying Left Lane Closed Ahead. I figured he would back off and tuck in but he was so aggressive and dangerous I didn't want any part of tangling with him. I have to live to fight another day i have people counting on me.

If all these drivers are so dangerous why Don't you ever send the video to their company's safety dept. What do you do hurry up and film the driver and cant wait to show the forum. If this driver so dangerous like you claim then send his company the video.

I did that with my other video-- UPS Driver in a Hurry, nothing ever came of it. I don't see a need to get the guy fired from a $100,000 a year job, he knows what he did wrong and will not do it again. I'm old skool like that....

Yes he should have slowed but unfortunately we see too many of these drivers racing the clock and making poor decisions

If that was me when he got in front of me just tap the brakes problem solved

You chose to speed up and be part of the problem

I wish you could edit the videos down to just show us the good parts !
