Have CDL, no experience, maybe I could shorten the list more by choosing a company that is more selective in their hiring practices. Good or bad idea?
looking for starter company that might be a bit more selective

What do you mean?

There are too many choices! I am just trying to shorten the list. By selective, I mean that they are not just hiring anyone who just got a CDL, and can fill a seat. I am not trying to say that I only want to work for a company that only hires NASA pilots. Just that they may be a bit more selective in the hiring process.
Thanks. -
Jim palmer trucking. @Chinatown can probably list a handful of others. Werner doesn’t accept everyone, but I cannot in good conscience recommend that you come here unless your other choices are CRE or WE.
DeepSouthRollin Thanks this. -
GypsyWanderlust, you are working for Jim Palmer?

Danny Herman hires newbies but only if you've achieved a certain grade in your CDL school. Sounds like that's what you're looking for.
DeepSouthRollin Thanks this. -
