It’s work outbound 3-4 hours round trip of 194 miles, but may require unloading myself or working outbound at the destination terminal.

been doing my pd run for almost 8 years so kinda comfortable at it.

 

I guess Saia out of Denver has been busy in Rawlins and Laporte, CO.

####. From what I hear, both fell asleep and went off the road. No other details.

Take both 30 mins before your target bed time. You'll sleep like the baby. The sleep mask blocks out all the light so your brain thinks its night time.

This was a pain in the butt. I had to get turned around by that dumpster with a twin screw.

 

Take 2 Dramamine, and you will go out like you are stoned!

Never tried it, might have to give it a shot! Thing I personally hate about sleeping pills, is that I never have ‘em slept off by the time to get up and roll! Gets old pouring Red Bull down hoping you can keep her between the lines for another 3-4 hours til the sun comes up!

 

get a pill splitter and buy a bottle of melatonin 3 mg tablets. Cut them in half.

Start low dosage and gradually increase until get the desired result. 1.5 mg works great for me.

first time I ever took it, I took a 10 mg tablet and I was a zombie through 3/4ths of my drive. Ugh.

 

First one makes a great photo for them to hang up at each terminal.
