Up until tomorrows call I have been polite and professional...after hearing your experience it sounds like I need to show my ###...then call her boss and complain about his employee's bad customer service...and file a report with the BBB.

 

Called two days ago and left another message today. Guess she's busy but it's annoying.

 

I'm at home for a while...

 

On the bright side of things, I just got a brand spankin' new 2017 laminated atlas. I started writing all over my older, non-laminated one and I was due for an upgrade.

 

The worst part, I only need this insurance for a few months...I guess that is why it is so frustrating.

 

Dump the life insurance. I got three times the benefit for the same premium from USAA.

 

I hope that's not Heather. Why do you guys have to ruin the dream?
I've noticed a lot of mid roof Crete trucks. Those would make me claustrophobic. The cats don't like them either.
