The 'system' is all screwed up....
My workflow chimed in that I was onsite at my shipper...I clicked yes and it chimed again like I got my loaded shipper... but can't find it anywhere. So I just filled out a new one...
This is what happens when you 'upgrade' or do 'scheduled maintenance' hahahaha

 

The Microsoft division for the Peoplenet software must have hired some Android system developers looking to upgrade their paycheck. Most of my Android phones usually got more screwed up with every OS update.

Although I did notice the "form" message choices have been condensed some. I don't recall some of them saying LTD before.

I have tried to get delivery appt thru the broker since Friday so since none was made I called and got delivery set up. Talked to the receiver bills had 1 address and load offer another. Was promptly told load has 2 stops on it. I have bills for only 1 stop. Get DSP involved they called me back and told make first delivery to what load offer has and they said shipper not really sure what is on the truck because they had 2 loads going to Same customer different locations throughout ND. Plus it's a hazmat. They said they will figure it once I get to deliver when trailer is opened.

 

I talked to chad this morning about my workflow getting greyed out all the time. This was apparently the first he heard of it. He said to call him back next time it happens. If it's happening to others on here, it may help to call him as it could raise some eyebrows.

 

A recommendation, make sure you keep track of stops and time to ensure you are compensated correctly. Once had a broker insist that I go to the wrong state even though I pointed it out to them. In the end Magnum made things right...

 

Lol spoke with him about the system a while back after the update...ah well hopefully it helps.
