Where did you wait at for a door last time I was there they ran me off till they had a door and I had to drive around the block for 45 minutes

 

I've grown up a little since the last picture y'all probably remember of me.

 

They had everyone pull into the back/side of the building. But the down side to this was being blocked in by other drivers so I had to wait until my turn.

 

At least they don't come out screaming at for pulling in and making you drive around the block for 45 minutes till called you. Sounds a little better

 

Well you could do what I did and after you check in there's a Walmart home market down the street, I pulled into the back of the store and there are spots behind the strip mall it's attached to where you can fit the truck in and there's even an exit back to the Main Street from there.

 

Just do what I do and get lucky and get assigned a door when you arrive.

 

I go to a 0600 appt so hopefully it be cleaned out by then but my luck they will be 3-4 hours behind and every truck delivering that night will still be there.
They know this place is a mess I don't understand why they don't spread the deliver appointments out over the whole day instead of trying to cram every truck in 4 hours

 

Well, you sure didn't get any better looking.

 

A strange thing is happening with my mpg's on this load, or maybe it's the trailer. The CR shop didn't have all the parts to repair my tail wing, so they fixed it so it will latch shut so I can deliver this load to OH. With the tails closed and 32k lbs, I am getting 8.4 mpg thru the rolling hills of WI. We shall see how much better it gets in the flat land of IL, IN, and to the 1st stop in OH.

 

The gain from trailer tails is very small, cumulative over the fleet, but tiny individually.
