Those gosh darn headlight harnesses....mines went out again a few weeks ago.

 

Chillin out here in Downtown Fargo waiting on these repairs. They found a few more issues and just waiting with baited breath to hear if they can get it fixed so I can be rolling tomorrow....guess next stop is the mall.

 

I've had the low beam harness replaced at Peterbilt in South St. Paul, Mn and they made the mistake of telling me that it's an aftermarket part. I just replaced it again this past Sunday. The socket melts for some reason on drivers side and never been an issue on passenger side???????

 

Yep mine is on the driver-side

 

I pick up in Fort Collins tomorrow and headed to Bismarck for Monday delivery. Sen in a msg about getting loaded Monday all I got was "working on it"

 

The part is a Dorman # DRM 84783. Any of the major parts places should be able to cross reference the #!

 

just wonder how long they can go without a replacement for Ashley and Jeremy...I heard they sometimes got really stressed out and had inter-office...ummmm...disagreements. Now that they're 2 bodies down...That can't help the stress level, especially on weeks like this when there is a weekday holiday.

 

My reload from Bismarck go to the Bismarck yard and pick another beer load delivering to the same place I deliver. Sent me the load info in the notes section from the driver dropping it "front 2 pallets are loaded to the ceiling they wouldn't reload it may shift" so I can only wait to see what a mess I am in for on Monday.

 

Looks like I'll be staying at stamart in Bismarck this weekend so if you stop there you'll find me there

 

Not that it's any concern of yours..... but Ashley's replacement has been hired and is training. Really nice guy.
They were interviewing for Jeremys position before he even left.
Most of the confusion is more about other planned vacations. Nick was out all week. But Mandy has been doing great in Nicks place...I think 2 are out next week but Nick comes back. I worked the phones and have my next 4 loads planned out. It's all about making it happen.
If you need your hand held or can't think ahead... it may affect you.

I picked up in Hampshire, IL yesterday and dumped it in the yard in Fargo for local delivery. My peoplenet was broke so I left my truck at the shop. Mandy asked if I could do her a favor and run a load from Fargo down to Bismarck. So I did that with a loner truck. I like the kind of favors that put extra money in my pocket. Then ran up with my hrs I had left to Grand Forks.

Pick up at 0700 and run that down to Rochelle IL. Then pick up Monday in Des Plains IL up to Coon Rapids...I'll leave that in the Yard there and grab an empty down to Rochester MN with a load to Fargo, ND. Then back up to Grand Forks ND with a load to Olympia Washington.. keeps me moving over the holiday and planned out a week or more...
