1800 watts good for George Forman grills microwave and coffee makers (but not all at the same time). Lots of people have slow cookers as well.

Thanks winny. I despise microwaves and no need for a coffee maker, cold brew for me. Im game for a george but does the grease while cooking make a mess? I was thinking a electric pressure cooker and a dehydrator being that im doing the keto diet. Need meat and eggs, and the fridge for salad toppings. Oils need neither.

Ray, I’ve got a Keurig that I use along with the microwave (700W) at the same time and no issues. As far as the George Forman I usually line the grill surface with aluminum foil and let the drippings drain into it’s catch pan. After I’m through I’ll throw the foil away and wipe the catch pan with Clorox clean up towels and ride on. There are lots of ideas on FB (such as big truck cooking).

Okay, serious props on the foil clean up. So much wisdom in the magnum payroll.

I second the big truck cooking Facebook group. I'm also a member. Great stuff in there!

Also look at cooking on YouTube, lots of good stuff. Electric pressure cookers are a great option...if you're creative and don't mind doing a little work you can eat really well out here, and then treat yourself by eating out once in awhile...especially with fellow drivers.

Didn’t get a reload for Monday out of Florida. I hope they are not planning on deadheading me over 400 miles to get me hone.

I would either deliver in your neighborhood and deadhead home that far, then return to the same area I delivered to after home time to pick up a lot of times. They did have me pu coffee creamer out of Jax a few times, and even pu Coke/fruit juice out of Lakeland, but the Hotlanta area is where I frequented a lot after my FL hometime.
