As long as the items are legit things you have done, understandable... but if they are incorrectly adding stuff.... whole nother story.

 

Just putting everything even small scratches to say a bumper on the DAC, because no damage amounts are provided, a trashed fender and a scratched bumper section can report out the same.

 

Wow... no wonder they cant keep drivers among other reasons, and if thats how theyre going to be, why would a driver want to return to that.

 

In this case, it appears our Unicorn was misrepresenting himself as a Virgin.

 

And it doesn't state who was at fault. I was backed in to one night, denting the door and destroying the plastic on the mirror, when I applied at my current company, it was on my record as a "backing incident". Which made Moore question me like I had backed into someone.

 

Does the carrier get to explain each item, or is it basically check boxes for them when it's added to the report?

 

With everything the industry is doing for regulations and blah blah blah... why not try and fix the dac system and at least update the information to be more representative of the true nature of these reports. Talk about hosing the driver.

Ive heard of companies reporting false items, then of course the driver has to try and fight them to get then removed if even possible.
