Ypsi for now. Line haul starts at 30/hour and theyre hiring line haul drivers still. Health benefits are much better. Truck does 70. But Im going to quit, another LTL offered me a p&d spot 20 miles from my house. Pays more than p&d where i work now, health insurance is free or $10 for the Ferrari plan, much better outfit and benefits all around.

For what its worth zata, line haul pays 52-64 cpm in our area and stable hours.

 

Door slamming is for sissies...real truck drivers pull open deck.... (I'm kidding of course)

 

Not everyone slams doors. Some people take it easy and shut their doors with care!

 

At least I didn't call 'em "freight haulers" like a long time flatbedder

Na, over on the Big G thread it only seems to perk up when I go over there and stir up the crap, and it's still considered alive...this one is just hitting a summer lull

There's 1 or 2 people in here that actually work for Magnum.
