Do the trucks come with built in satellite radio? Or do I need to bring my own?

When I was there, they had the built in receiver, you just had to bring your own subscription. Not sure how good the receiver was since I don't use satellite radio.

    Zata40 and Xeres63 Thank this.

@supersnackbar is correct it still works that way. Satellite radio is on the truck, bring your own subscription. The receiver worked great for me. But I cancelled mine because I use Amazon now.

We also have tv mounts included with a local hd programming antenna. I have never used it though so I can't say much about that.

We have different people handling different regions of the map for finding us loads. So the best thing you can do is to call ahead to the person handling the region where you are delivering to inform them of your plan so they can preplan you and keep you running. When you're heading toward Minneapolis or Fargo you'll usually have some lane options to choose from.

I'm not sure if they're still telling people we have driver managers for a single point of contact. But you'll want to talk to the Minneapolis and Fargo planners directly as soon as you know you're going to one of those areas. I'm sure you'll be given their names and numbers in orientation.

How did you hear about Magnum?

What kinda lane options are we talking about? Tony Doll told me they have tractor parts that pick up roughly 15 miles from here that go to Fargo.

I’ve known about magnum for a long time. If you pull a reefer long enough you learn who all is out there and who’s worth a crap and who isn’t. Magnum has a reputation of being among the best.

To the Pacific Northwes to Jersey to Florida Texas Colorado inside of that box is pretty much our running area. To one of those back to MN/ND area. Usually when you empty in the southeast to Chicago then back to ND/MN.

So I would be near Fargo A LOT. That’s outstanding. Gonna try to stay out of the NW when the weather is bad in the winter

How often do you find yourself having to drive overnight to make a delivery on time?

Some but not a lot but I chose to run at night less traffic.
Do have quite a few deliveries really early In the morning.
Your more likely to be in the cities than Fargo thou.

Yep. But you could still get a manual if you get in a 16 truck. Some of those still are.

    Clutch52808 Thanks this.
