Heck no, they need to eat more. Ya'll food haulers need job security. Besides, if ya take away the southern boy's biscuits...it'll be Civil War, the rematch.

Sadly I’m out of drive time, so I’ll have to head to Park Rapids in the morning. Free scale is nice to hear, one less thing to worry about.

As for supplies, I just got out of Walmart. Got a microwave and enough canned and boxed meals and juice and water etc that I could live solely on what I got for a month. Saves me from eating at a truck stop twice a day. Now eating out is an occasional perk instead of an everyday thing.

Next on the list is a crockpot. That way, throw the food in it in the morning and it's ready to eat when you're done for the day. And the nice thing about Magnum's trucks is that they use a tripack which has the inverter that stays on when you're driving

That sounds good, but having to smell cooking food all day could be dangerous :)

Wonder if it would be considered distracted driving

These days, if you fart it’s distracted driving.

Some APU's like the Carrier unit are generators with 120v outlets that are only powered when the generator itself is running.

Get an instapot. Its a plug in pressure cooker that can do everything else. You wont have to smell the food cooking. Was the best thing I had in my truck next to one of those battery pack leaf blowers for cleaning out the trailer.
