Can bobtail over there lol. We do so much sitting in our line of work, why wouldn't you want to walk. Hell park in the party row at a truck stop just to walk more. We tend to have health issues and could use the exercise.

That’s ok. I’ll just force it. I have a six year old lower back injury. Pain in legs. Farthest I have walked in that time without pain is about a third of the distance to that door.

I thought I had to go to 110. In the back. Where they have a bunch of trailers. That would have doubled the distance.
I bobtailed. Good thing. Didn’t know they wanted the seal up front. Going ack and forth would have killed me right now.
I’m working on this leg pain. Things have changed. I got about as much help out of medicine men doctors as a peanut gallery when it happened. I don’t think much of them. I gotta be smart on rehab. Bear in mind. I’m a person who almost died from diabetes causing weight loss, 15 years ago. When it stopped. I was left a basket case. Ran my last marathon, 14 months after that. It was concentrated on my rehab from diabetes. I now have an A1C of 5.9.
I’ll work through this. This job has changed things. Some better, some not so better. I’ll do it.

I dislike physicians as well, basically consider them legal drug dealers being subsidized by pharmaceutical conglomerates. I recently went to my primary care quack for 2 reasons, 1 my wrist has been killing me, and getting worse and 2, my sugar was very high in the morning and slightly higher than normal throughout the day. My wrist has been determined to be osteoarthritis due to a bone in my arm being too short, causing a misalignment at the wrist wearing out the cartilage...my sugar, 1 script made me sick and gave me the trots...2nd med dropped it some, but it is still higher than it should be in the morning. He says I am diabetic, but other than my blood sugar, I have almost no other symptoms(some blury vision if I over do it on sweets)...not always thirsty, wounds heal fine, don't pee more than normal...so I am on a $50/month sugar pill. The drug dealer also perscribed a thyroid med, and also says I have a fatty liver...even though my cholesterol levels are within the normal range...now, on these meds, I have less energy and stamina than I did before I started taking them. I think once my wrist doc says I am clear to return to work, the next doctor I see will be the one that does my autopsy to determin the cause of death.

My truck had transmission issues around 30,000 miles. I've just recently passed the 60,000 mile mark and so far so good with no transmission issues since then. I also haven't heard of anyone else having issues since then, not that I'm informed. I'm not sure who was following along with this, but @Winnyf1 asked before.

The only real work I've had done it is preventative maintenance. Now my flow below plastic is another story. Three of them have come loose and almost fell off and I had to tighten them. Not really an issue but more just annoying.

Biggest help for me has been minerals. Most important is magnesium. That has done more than tons of exercise and eating strict. Might look up Dr. Carolyn Dean. She’s worth it.
