I’m on a Seefood diet. When I see food. I eat it.
Tried the light diet. When it’s light out. I ate.

I'd be careful on the source. A lot of the stuff sold in the store is farm raised and really bad for you. Even the wild caught stuff can be high in mercury, and different fish has more or less good omega 3s. The good thing about the canned sardines and mackerel is its lightly smoked (doesnt ruin the omega 3s but cooks the fish), the olive oil helps preserve it and is good for you, and the best part is they are both low on the food chain. Means they dont carry the bad stuff the other fish do, and theyre not over-fished. In fact, sardines feed on phytoplankton. Makes them better than any supplement for a number of reasons.

But thats just me. I actually lost like 50-60 lbs doing OTR by fixing my own meals in the truck. Saved a ton of loot too!

    Lowlite Thanks this.

Found.... if ya want a place to plan on stopping for a ten. Near Chicago. About 80 miles south on I65. The petro and Pilot. Both have parking open spots.
Last night seemed tough on parking. All rest stops jammed. But not here.
I mean all rest stops jammed down, through, and other side of Indianapolis.

I managed to make it back to CR with 3 minutes to spare on my 70. :angel8:
Also managing a 34 here, before delivery Monday. :biggrin_25525:
My mattress was delivered. Need to work out getting it Monday. Somehow...
I’ll have to suffer for the company. Go eat at that place Outback behind the shop. :biggrin_25522:
