No, the extra bonus added for other metrics. There we're 3 of them.

must be nice to be able to get over 11,000 miles in a month I still haven't gotten my Lane right with Magnum coming out of Atlanta. Last month I got a little over eight thousand miles.

I've been with Magnum for 2 months and my miles suck. I guess lanes are not good coming out of Atlanta when leaving home time.

You're not kissing the right arse, or not kissing it the way they like it. ;)

How often do you go home or would like to? 2 months is still proving yourself time and learning how to be successful at Magnum time in my opinion. My miles sucked the first 3 months I was there. After that the throttle seemed to run wide open. Maybe I learned how to play their game or maybe I proved myself? Dunno.

I'm not exactly sure what it takes to "prove yourself". But when I first got here as a new driver I would run the heck out of my loads and get as close as possible and sit there and wait until it's time to deliver. Even if I could have spaced the driving out more, I didn't. In my mind they would see I mean business. Well... It worked wonders for me. Whether that's the formula or not... I have no idea.

Yep, you kinda odd foot the freight loop that way. Be in outbound region on thursday/fridays, deliver and reload elsewhere on mondays. Fit hometime around that.
