If you have an issue with your miles say something to your DM if that doesn’t help Chad. They have always done me right

Last place was a good company. Upper management very good to me. But from the terminal managers on down. It was awful.
Got good situation here. Safety has motivated me to look into better. Just got a ticket for driving in right lane in construction zone. It was made to appear the construction zone had ended. Everyone thought that. Even Bryce admitted it looked that way. But he’s too insecure to provide the video for my defense. I thought I could depend on the company. I didn’t yank the sandisk card from my dash cam. Should have. Should depend only on myself.
Now I’m looking into the oilfield work in western ND, or Wyo. Save up money. Maybe buy my own truck? Maybe lease with Landstar? Might like oilfield situation living so close?
But have to admit. I do really like what I got a lot. So much good here. The trucks electronics do irritate me. Everything electronic in this truck is the quality grade of a toy.

What year truck do you have? The safety mitigation system in these trucks is pretty #### annoying. I've always been trained to drive on the white line and that #### alarm is always going off

It’s an 18. The mitigation system is a joke. Get used to it. Mine will alarm on the right with a cow standing in a field. :laughing-guffaw:I just worry they’re actually gonna use this info to judge me? You got to be kidding!
They have started buying Freightliner. Met two drivers with 20 Freightliners. I know Freightliners. They’re goofy with goofy problems. But they’re reliable. Can’t help but love them.
Still a lot good about a Pete. I spent the great Polar Vortex of 19 in this truck, in Chicago. She came through like a champ.

One of those Freightliner drivers was a woman. Not sure what she thought of my seducing her pit bull. I loves doggies! :laughing-guffaw:

I personally love a freightliner. Love how they are set up. Love the red lights they provide inside the cab. They are the most comfortable day cab I've ever driven. A mack might be second. Cant stand a Peter or KW day cab. Anyways, just count your blessings if the CMS system doesn't fault on you randomly and stab breaks. Been in a couple 18s now where the system faults detecting a crash with not a darn thing in site to pick up, and stab break. Bout the scariest thing in the world when you dont expect it. A lot of us have stopped using cruise all together. Too unsafe. These systems are a joke!

Driving a Volvo is like playing a piano duet with a partner who really knows what they’re doing. Sheer pleasure. Especially in the mountains.
Driving Pete is like playing a piano duet with a partner who hasn’t learned to play piano yet. Disinterested... have turned to the partner to ask what the heck it’s doing. It’s got its finger up it’s nose. Instead of the keyboard where it should be.

Mack, 2nd? Your kidding right? I drive a Pinnacle and we have Anthems, of the two, the Pinnacle is the preferred truck. But that's like comparing two budget econ-box cars. Mack's are the Chevy Cruise where Volvos are the Caddy. I liked the 579's Magnum had except for the overall poorly designed sleeper configuration, too much wasted space. Now Pete's have the Ultraloft option, I would consider working for a company that had those (other than Magnum of course).

The ultraloft is nice for the extra space for the guy in the upper bunk and the one piece body. Otherwise, it's the exact same truck as the other 579s.

Like the pete, good driving truck. But when you look around at all the places the bean counters made the engineers go cheap at the last minute, it just pisses you off. #### rattle trap, and it didn't have to be.
