I asked the same question on here.

You'll drop in their yard and grab an empty down the street. You can check in 12 hours early. Top off your reefer.

Anyone know if mcclanes in Tulatin, Or will let you take a 10 there? I'm in a pickle here. My appt is 4am Tues. My 10 here in Boise ends at 11am Pacific. Which will put me into the receiver at 8PM. Or, I could just drive there for an online appt. But my house is 4.5 hours away and I URGENTLY need to get home.

If they won't let me park there for 10 hours, im screwed. Can't make it home without a 10 hour break. Which will cost me several hundred dollars.

Twiddling my thumbs in Charlotte at Pennington seed. Load offer said 0600 delivery but nobody is here. Broker says delivery was set for 0800. Wrong info on the load offer... again.

From here I'm going to find somewhere to sweep the grass seed off the floor, then headed to PPG in Shelby, NC going to Fowlerville, MI.

Oldest trick in the book. Broker didn't want you to be late and you weren't, you were two hours early. Your time, or 14 hour clock, mean nothing to them.

Make sure you let dispatch know, especially if it will impact your next pick up. Darn brokers

I am surprised they are sending you to MI from there. I have been in the Charlotte area a number of times, and they have always sent me to Tyson in Charlotte to move a load to McLanes in Sturtevant, WI. In fact, I deliver in Concord @ 1am, and was expecting it in a few hours.

4mer trucker and WalterSobchak Thank this.

If I remember from orientation correctly(of the few things I remember from orientation) this Level 3 inspection gets scanned in with my next loads paperwork, right? Or do we scan it in separately? It's a clean inspection.

    4mer trucker Thanks this.

I'm good on time for the pick, its a wide window... at least according to the load offer.
