I just finished my reset this morning in SLC, took the train downtown both days and wandered around.

So has anyone had a chance to take a look at the "new and improved" driver pay schedule online? They have updated the fuel targets - interesting to see just how well some of the older manuals are doing vs the new AMT's, maybe Matt will change his mind going forward...

On another note... I get to go to a new area for the first time (driving a truck at least). Fort Worth, TX!

 

I don't see the rest of the stuff they use to evaluate us like csa, incidents or logs. Right now, with my miles and my mpg, I have a 32, so unless they are also changing the 'total score' chart, I guess Tony is going to have to get an assistant if they're making it tougher to get raises. Anyone else want to join my 'middle finger' cult as we wave bye bye?

I understand where you're coming from. You have loads of experience but look at it from my point of view. With 1 year experience, where else can I make .40+ cpm & have it this easy? No where that I know of...

 

On a another note...Got to talk to @Winnyf1 and another gentlemen for a little while yesterday. Didn't catch the other gentlemans screen name but I know his real name. In the little time that I talk to these guys, I learned alot! Little things here and there to make my job alittle easier. Thanks guys!
