    I was told Mercer has a good deal on straps and tarps, but I would save money if I bought chains and binders else where.

    I plan to run step deck, would some one tell me how many chains what size and length I'll need.

    I bought my Binders at Northern Tool. Showed them their internet price and they honored it. Straps and bungies from cargo control.com.
    All cheaper price than Mercer. Shop around. However the price of Mercer tarps are not that bad. Lots of flatbed supply companies on the net that offer free shipping.

    At todays prices on both cargo control website, mercer straps are 12.00 , 10 with trade in of old one. Cargo control is 11.99.

    Keep a check on cargo control. When they have sales or specials they are really good. If I am in town I went to Zamzow. Picked up some extra winches for the trailer 14 dollars each. Sometimes it's hard to get by Mercer to get some of the deals.
