the fact is unless you see the contract or the actual negotiated rate you have no idea what the real pay is. As for me you only can imagine who I really am. Keep guessing lol. This is not about trolling mercer or any other company. Its about the truth. And there is no system what so ever (unless you have a way to get the loads from the broker before they hit the board lol) That is providing there are loads. No O/O has a crystal ball....and neither do the brokers. I have seen O/O leased and not leased to companies brought to their knees for varying reasons. The only system out there is when to say no or yes to frieght....and running your business.

Moglar, I've seen the freight bills. all any of us have to do is ask for a copy. By law, every carrier that pays on percentage has to provide copies of original freight bills to any of their contractors. Look up the truth in leasing laws and educate yourself a bit.

Hell, they used to show them to me back when I was a broker truck. And no law says they have to do that.

by your postings you were out of trucking for several years and back in for 2 years now, was wanted to go with maverick when ya got back in after a nasty divorce kept you out of trucking for a good many years, your last admitted deal was company for keim out of Kansas in oct 2014, so what you are saying is anything you post could be taken as a lie, or was anything you posted the truth? and all of the above was diretly from post you make. you seem overly concerned with what the load pays. if I accept a load at the money quoted to me, I don't give a rats behind what anyone else is getting. if I don't know what to accept or what to turn down its on me. and as to who you are, I think we have determined that already, lol. so you were not a company driver for keim? you even posted your truck number

Wrong again. I actually recommended Keim to drivers that were looking for a good small flatbed outfit. Know a lot of company drivers there. Still keep in contact with some people there. I have no idea about Maverick. Hopefully after the new year rates will go back up. Nothing I said is a lie. There is no bashing. Its pure truth. With that being said if I had a choice between Landstar and Mercer.....it would be mercer hands down. But when you see a flatbed Load going from Oklahoma city on to Buffalo NY for 1.50 per mile.......one can't help but scratch their heads.

How is it wrong, you made several posts in October 2014 saying you were a company driver for Keim out of sabetha,k's, you even gave you tour truck number, and you posted that were out of trucking and looking to to maverick. But were having problems since you were out of trucking since 1994, I just read them.yo stated to tell them to say lurch in truck 1510
said call, perhaps you forgot all those old posts?
