LOL. I might, there was a nice load on Friday that I was still number 2 on. I was waiting for something good to OH to pop up but nothing has. Maybe I'll just stay out here until next year. Bouncing between 1 and 2 I can work with. Being 25-50 I can't. I feel for all those coming this way. Everyone that sees me keeps asking how I'm loaded. A few Mercers just sitting here at Jubiz. I didn't ask how long they have been empty.

And a brand new conestago kit on a brand new trailer. If memory serves me right, he didn't build a head board cause he thought the trailer front would serve that purpose.

They said the score went up due to some speeding tickets. However....I generally stay in the Midwest. Haven't been messed with by MO. IA OK KS NE or the others. However I have seen a lot of those companies with the half busted Freightliner Columbia's pulling old MS Carrier or Scnieder trailers with the lettering removed or spray painted over getting pulled into the MO scales a lot. I use Pre Pass and I get green lighted while driving down the road the majority of the time.

Those aren't always actually seat belt tickets. States write up infractions different ways and what may be a moving violation in one state is not in another. A lot of times the court will allow you to pay the full fine on whatever the ticket was for, but will change it to a seat belt ticket so it doesn't affect your driver's license and consequently your career.

Well that's just stupid, vinyl isn't going to slow those things down when they get moving. I hope he ended up ok and learned his lesson.

Yeah, being that low sucked, but it didn't take long for me to be back in the top 10 at least last time I was out there. I mean, it took a few days, but it seemed most everyone was bouncing back east, so you move up quick. Just let me know when you do, so I can go back out there.

If I remember correctly, he slowed down for a light and the load went through the aluminum front of the Conestoga into the sleeper.

The front of a conestago is aluminum. Built very similar to a bulk head you would buy for your flat. And yes he should have known he needed to build a head board out of solid hard hard wood. But he certainly isn't the first guy to learn the hard way. And at the end of the day the only one that got hurt was his pride.
