Can change your cdl to those places also and won't have to pay state income taxes. I think Florida is the easiest.

May Trucking has a terminal in Pensacola (reefer only) and they run all 48. When going out, you almost always grab an Armstrong load in Pensacola heading to the northwest. The other load you’ll sometimes get is deadhead over to Louisiana and grab a Folgers load headed out west. Either is big miles. Home load is always a beer load out of Cartersville, GA down to Lewis Bear in Pensacola.
Also, Raven is out of JAX. They’re dry van and do a LOT of beer loads.
Wiley Sanders is in Alabama somewhere.
But, if I were you, I’d do whatever it took to get on with Publix. Pretty sure you have to start out in the warehouse, but it’s gravy once you get a truck.greenbee, Boondock and Phenomenal Thank this. -
Have you tried Big G Express? They have a terminal in Jacksonville, and I think they have a reefer division as well.
