Escapees RV Club can help you get a legal address in Bushnell, FL or Livingston, TX
Can change your cdl to those places also and won't have to pay state income taxes. I think Florida is the easiest.

Everytime I see one of their tankers in in the Upper Midwest in January my mind drifts down south to Florida.

Thanks for all the great leads.

Looks like Western Dairy Transport has opened another school in Phoenix, AZ
Residents from states other than Texas will attend school in Missouri or Arizona.

May Trucking has a terminal in Pensacola (reefer only) and they run all 48. When going out, you almost always grab an Armstrong load in Pensacola heading to the northwest. The other load you’ll sometimes get is deadhead over to Louisiana and grab a Folgers load headed out west. Either is big miles. Home load is always a beer load out of Cartersville, GA down to Lewis Bear in Pensacola.

Also, Raven is out of JAX. They’re dry van and do a LOT of beer loads.

Wiley Sanders is in Alabama somewhere.

But, if I were you, I’d do whatever it took to get on with Publix. Pretty sure you have to start out in the warehouse, but it’s gravy once you get a truck.

Have you tried Big G Express? They have a terminal in Jacksonville, and I think they have a reefer division as well.

When I was there, they had a drop yard in Jax. The reefer division you're thinking about is Coggin...not exactly the same company...but I think the owners were related at one time before the split. And Big G is one of the companies that is more unorganized and disfunctional than Shaffer. I survived financially there for 6 months. They're biggest selling point is you get home or thru the house a lot, but you don't make much money there. If I would've stayed a full 12 months, I would have grossed around $50k, and that was 4 years ago.
