1 day for every week out, although I’ve been home a day or two early many times, and not once was I forced out early. If you stay out for 4 weeks and prove you’re a hard runner, they’d probably give you a full week off. They’re fairly liberal about home time.

That's not gonna cut in this day and age.
From what I've read holland is a good company
But that 1 day off for everyweek out stuff is 30
Years old. 3 weeks out a week off.

Exactly! I go out for a 3-4 weeks and I’m NEVER home less than a week. Was home 9 days last time and 8 before that.

    Play with it.
Some Trucks are really picky with the timing .

How? I tell them when I’m coming back out. Never an issue. I average 2900-3000 miles every week I’m out and extremely rare I do a 34 (always preplanned). I told you before I could help you out with maximizing your time.

Yeah I couldn’t agree more driver, I hate how the 1 day off for 1 work week is considered the norm for hometime. I think that if you can show your company that you can turn 600+ miles a day and deliver your freight on time, you should be entitled to the 3 on, 1 off. But if you’re a lazy driver who takes a full 7 days to drive from LA to Atlanta, then you should only deserve the 3 days.
