Hmmm... I can tell you things based off of when I applied with them (I was rejected). In our western sector, they run regional. The carrier has a dedicated account with K-Mart. Start pay is 47 cpm. You must have the LCV endorsement. They run regional (Salt Lake City to Bozeman MT and back). Home on weekends and some nights. Looks like they have fairly small sleepers. Experiences will vary based on your region. Most of the drivers I've talked to seemed happy. About 550 miles per night on a five day work week.

Where are you? I work for Navajo, but I'm not a driver with them.
Some drivers are happy, some complain a lot... that's pretty standard fare for any major company. APUs are a fairly new addition, but they're sticking with them, so while you probably wouldn't get one initially, they will become more and more commonplace.
Trucks run 65 MPH on the floor... you can get up to 3 MPH extra on the cruise via the Driver Rewards system if you keep your idle time down.
Trucks typically get phased out around the mid-500s... I did have one come in recently with 650k, but I also got the impression it was a more senior driver who loved the T700 so, and probably didn't want to give it up.
Single bunk trucks are typical for solo drivers... mostly KW fleet, consisting of the T660, T700, and T680. Couple International PornStars and Volvo... I think they're 640s... in the fleet, as well.
How often you get into terminals seems to vary from what I've seen. People who run routes that commonly go through here get through the terminal quite a bit... I chat with another Navajo driver who runs eastern routes, and he says he only gets into terminals to park the truck for home time or to get services done.
The company uses e-logs.
They also have a Trader Joe's account. I love me some Trader Joe's. Not that that part's in any way relevant to what you're asking, but I'll thoroughly pissed off if someone does something which prevents me from getting my frozen chicken tikka masala from there.
As for driving for them... I can't really give you anything useful there, and you can't look at it from my perspective. Last OTR job I had, I ran for a guy who owned two trucks, I had a lot of autonomy out there, paper logs, communication was all by phone, no speed governor - for me, it would be really difficult to go from that to a major carrier like Navajo or any other. That would just be too hard of a pill to swallow for me. But you're not walking in my shoes, so you can't really take my perspective and apply it to yourself.
It's a smaller company which allows you to fly a little more under the radar than you could with Swift, Schneider, Werner, et. al, they run some decent equipment, driver feedback seems fairly positive... As for me and the job I do here, I do have some gripes with some things about it, but I like working here overall. -
I wonder about that thread where the female trainee got dumped out of the truck in the middle of nowhere in winter, did it ever get resolved?

Driver there now its not a bad company. Less micromanagement then the big companies.truck does 68.elogs.really have no major gripes with them. I do find getting a 34 is like pulling teeth. Its better then stevens at least.
