OK, guys, I passed the test and I have a Class A CDL now with no restrictions. Your advice, as well as several hours driving on the CDL test route, yesterday and before, really helped. The examiner at Elk Grove was a nice guy (the only nice guy they have, the rest are evil witches who can barely climb into a truck and seethe with hate). I feel very lucky and happy.
I am already trucking as I need to move several loads today specifically. Really enjoying truck driving too. To go easy on myself and avoid stress, I drive at the speed limit.
Need tips on CDL Road Test (not skillr or pre-trip)

I wrote a little write-up about my experience and disclose several secrets, such as their skills test procedures and the actual driving test route. Maybe someone will find it useful.

Thanks to all for your great advise. I already did two loads today right after passing the test. -

I do all my cdl upgrade, tests etc at Libertyville DMV. They are nicer. Lucky I never had to do a road test beside getting my regular license
