Need to borrow a truck

Hi my name is Preston, I am in need of a manual truck so I can take my CDL road test and Blackstone Virginia ASAP. Long story short I have my own authority I have been driving for 25 plus years, due to a divorce a few years ago I lost my home my truck and my company and everything. I prefer to take it in a manual so I don't have to take it twice if I do it with an automatic. My hands are tied right now I didn't know I even had to take my road test over I just found out when I got my medical card and the one person out of 16 people said that they thought I should take an updated test. Like I said I just need to take my road test in it, I'm willing to work for the day or we can work something out. I have to go to the Blackstone location in Virginia where the army base is they have a training center but you're not allowed to use one of their trucks unless you're in the actual training program. I have my own authority and I'm trying to start things out on my own again but before I can get the ball rolling I got it take this test . Can anyone help me , point me in a direction to where I could possibly get a manual truck to take the testing. Anything and everything is greatly appreciated, thank you
