    Just wait until you come to Canada and they demand a breathalyzer when they pull you over.......


    They can do that now with no probable cause and refusal is grounds for being charged.

    Its silly. I'm all for taking drunk and high drivers off the road but whatever happened to "innocent until proven guilty?" I guess one could argue that the breath test could be used to prove guilt if one fails it?
