No wonder Swift got taken over by knight

the thing is, anyone can be charged with fraud/theft of any industry, not just trucking.

we cannot blame this on the sole soon to be demise of Swift.

otherwise, we'd have to see "for sale" signs in all of Washington, DC

 

It says he and his wife used more than the $800k to pay off credit cards and student loans...that's some serious debt for a 20-something.

 

Took Swift long enough to find out this guy was stealing from them.Talk about trusting the guy.Drivers need to purchase something they have to get authorization.

 

I hope the guy walks....Swift has been stealing from 1,000nd's. of people for....how many years?

 

Amazing isn't it. If a driver would have used
20 more gallons of fuel than what the computer
Said he needed they would of shut him down
And accused him of selling fuel.

Somebody charges a million and a half on a
Company credit card and nobody bats an eye.

I wonder where the IT Workers Supervisor was? He/She should be terminated for cause, they are part of the checks and balances that should be taking place. I worked for a Fortune 5 Company, supervised up to 15 people at times, part of my job was to review expense reports and had to certify the expenses were necessary. If I didn't look and the accounting department auditors found anything awry, I would have been terminated as well as the employee. This is just poor accounting practices.
