In GA, the DOT requires all vehicles to pass an annual emissions test. Not sure about NY.

Edit: Department of Enviromental Conservation. I’m guessing they’re the ones doing the emission stuff but need to have the DOT there with them. -
I dont have a problem doing a dot inspection, I know of nothing wrong with truck, but I am not going to allow anyone to stick anything down my exhaust, let alone at idle, and stomp accelerator pedal.
I dont know why anyone would allow that.
I will be the one sitting off to the side refusing to help. Theres the truck, you overrev my engine you got $35000 for a new one in your pocket, I dont accept checks.
Eventually, people should get tired of getting poked with a stick, You take the nicest do and poke it with a stick enough you’ll get bitten.Bean Jr., Upinsmoke, Farmerbob1 and 1 other person Thank this. -

Is google lying? I’ve never heard of this either. GA is filled with deleted trucks and shops that remove and service these trucks. You think those trucks running the ports still have that junk connected?Attached Files:

Just make sure you drive no more than 50 mph in the middle lane of the NJTPK if you do end up pulling port containers. I'm pretty sure its a requirement to never move over or go more than 50-55mph.
