Hunt Transportation will train you in securement. They are fairly small, around 140 drivers last time I asked. They are actually a separate company from Crete/Shaffer, owned by the same family but some of the details are different for drivers. It seems like they hire out of Florida but I don't know how many loads they have going there to get you home. I know a guy who drives for them, he usually gets over 35,000 miles a quarter.
