Ide love to amuse my thoughts on the scheinder fleece since they say you can take the truck anywhere. I would never do it but just to read the contract.

There’s probably only one driver that I know of that actually successfully leased purchased from Prime Inc., he actually produced the title to the Cascadia as proof,in his name.
Of course this was almost 10 years ago before everything went to s***!
As soon as he got the title he told the shop to give him the f****** codes because he was going to turn the SOB loose!!!lmao

There should be a rule that if Prime doesn't provide miles/revenue at least a minimum that the flease trainer doesn't have to pay the Student, Prime does.

What's the deal with all this training? 50,000 miles of training? Sheeeeiittt - NOT THAT THERE'S ANYTHING WRONG WITH THAT. As evidenced by the incredible number of ######## on the road as we speak, who could definitely use some kind of #### training. But right after I got my CDL, I was on the road, alone, after 3 days of classroom garbage and one ride around the block - I literally couldn't hit a dock without pulling out 10 times, I was green as a ####### onion. Then my second job was JB Hunt, it was supposed to involve a week of classroom orientation, then 2 weeks of OJT as a passenger, then 2 weeks as driver with the trainer evaluating to decide if I was ready. But they needed drivers right away, so it ended up being 4 hours of orientation and a single 300-mile load, in the passenger seat, then boom, "You ready for a load tomorrow?" And frankly, it was good for me, getting tossed into the water like that. I responded well to it, I took my time and trained myself. It seems to me like maybe Prime is treating "training" as an opportunity to turn a profit. 50,000 miles, I mean yeesh, even the training I was SUPPOSED to get but never got didn't add up like THAT.

More proof prime is a scumbag company…. Predatory lease purchase practices, bait & switch tactics, and from I saw myself, poor to non existent training. All the more reason that lease purchase programs such at prime, trans am and the rest of their ilk need to be outlawed.

All I heard was someone who signed a lease and signed on to train whine and cry about it even though he is the one that signed the lease and decided to train. No company can force these things on you. Think he just likes the siund of his own voice
