Is fedex always like that? You have to play phone tag the whole week?

 

I’m doing linehaul. After doing city work at McLane I lost my taste for in town driving. Been doing grand junction turns, wamsutter, and wakeeney Kansas.

 

isn't Denver great

You either get city and get hammered with stupid people and traffic and no roads that have been improved in 30 years

or

you go to the mountains and chain up 30 times

or you go to Wyoming (self- explanatory)

or you get to go to Wakeeney (which is the easiest, but it's like 650 mile turn)

 

Wakeeney is the easiest but 650 miles 5 days a week is a ball buster.

 

But it does pay 120k a year.

 

It was a pup. I couldn't find a picture of my tractor with a pup though. The picture was from last month in Harrisburg when I was pulling a 36 on a school route.

 

Do you have any routes that have you in the 50ft trailers?

 

In over 10 years at FXF, I've never played phone tag.

Youre in my world right now. Drive Tractor trailer or straight truck. It pays the same at my employer. Over the years I just don't care. I like straight truck more doing local crap.

Did my duties hauling doubles and bumping docks, Hauling freight sucks no matter size of truck and other drivers don't look down on you
