Yeah, I verified that, thanks. The shipper said that that was included, both on the website and verbally.

It's in the 60s this week down here in SC. I can not say I miss the snow or driving on it .

Everyone else, stay safe out there. Especially if you are working the ramps or liftgates. Those deliveries are no joke when you add snow to the mix.

I'm not one to judge other drivers, but today there was a student driver trying to back into a home Depot with his co-driver assuming his teacher; although he was spotting the dude still hit the trailer next to him. The teacher also didn't even show him the proper set up.

I was gonna honk, but I was parked at an angle and couldn't actually tell how close he was.

I also saved another werner driver the other day unhooking his trailer, but he didn't unhook air lines. Luckily when I honked he got spooked and stopped - anyways guys keep it safe try not to hurry too much that's when you'll miss something.

It's a little expensive, my house was over $200,000.

32 degrees here with snow and more snow kicking up.

I paid 140 for my acre in semi-rural Florida, though it's an older home my water and electric are dirty cheap, and my property taxes is almost non-existent. (Under $500)200k gets you an okayish house here in the city, but in my opinion they're not worth it. The houses are usually ugly 1970s style.

It was a warm (for winter) 34 degree hazy morning. Dark as usual the fog and haze shined in the amber street lights along I-271. It was kind of like the Bruce Springsteen song Mr. State Trooper. In the wee hours of the morning traffic still quiet, but in an hour or so volume would be building.

The sleet and salt brine flowed through the air. Dirtying up windows and cars and trucks.
The green, white and amber strobe lights pierced through the dark visible from 3 miles away, speeding down the high way drilling and dropping salt as everyone is on edge and prepping and waiting for "SNOWMAGEDDON 2019" to finally arrive.

Lucky for me I was done fairly early. This entire week ran me out of gas. I got home usually I like to run on the treadmill and listen to the radio. Well not today I had something to eat and then I popped out and slept for 2 hours this afternoon. I had a huge Tuesday that went for almost 14 hours. And the rest of the week I was kind of just slowly running out of gas.

However I got it all done. Weather wise it's quiet and not real cold right now, but they say the temps are supposed to drop and the snows coming, but they have said all that before and always revise it as the system developed Thursday out in Utah and you know how far away it is from Utah to Ohio and how much can change from here to there?

None the less glad all the foods off, and the trailer and truck are both sitting back at the yard. I did all my preliminaries, I've got enough 2 cycle for my snowblower just hanging now. Have to get a medical card soon, have an appointment with the eye doctor tomorrow I need new glasses that's about it I guess.

My truck looks like total crap now thanks be to the salt gods and I am not happy.

On a better note, Thursday was actually very productive. Had 19 deliveries and 2 pickups done in 3 1/2 hours.

road_runner, misterG and Mike2633 Thank this.
