Wow...what the hell. "Dear Drivers, while we hold you hostage, you cannot eat or drink anywhere on premises, even in your own vehicle."

Funny they pull that crap in California, where labor lawyers are having a hayday on trucking companies for unpaid breaks. (54 Million judgement against Walmart for not paying their drivers to SLEEP).

I would personally make a sandwich and leave it on my dash, wait for one of them to walk by, make eye contact, and take a bite. "Why did you get kicked out and banned from the shipper?" I ate a sandwich in my truck.

Lol 8 dollars a pallet. I used lumper on my two stopper. 2 pallets straight pull. 99 dollars.

They could at least pay us close to average lumper pay. But then again I'm sure they don't want us really doing it, liabilities and such.

lol...they can keep their 8 bucks per pallet. My laziness trumps earning minimum wage busting my behind.

If it was a 20 pallet straight pull no breakdown.. 160 bucks in about an hour or less I'd be down for that.

Would have to be a straight pull em off the trailer and drop them on the dock only for $8 bucks. Any breakdown of pallets say 20 pallets into 100 pallets, $500 bucks.

    MachoCyclone and Kamkor Thank this.

So a major company is opening a distribution center in my home town... And now I'm kind of torn because they apparently treat their drivers well and hometime is really good.
