That's odd. Same thing happened to me today. I found out somebody was using my card out of the country. Froze my card and sending me another one.

410k miles on my truck and i have my first major breakdown. Check engine light, stop engine light flashing, Regen light flashing, and truck won't regen. Never got a chance to pickup the load here at Tyson. Tow truck should be here in about an hour for tow to a brand new state of the art Freightliner in Neosho, MO.

I'm willing to bet the DPF is at the end of it's life. They are only good for about 400k - 500k before they have to be replaced.

I know the older DPF's were only good to be cleaned twice then replaced not sure about the new ones. Makes me leery to have the service where they just put in a cleaned one from someone else's truck, who knows how much they idled, how many times has it been 'cleaned' already?

Even with cleaning, from what I understand, that doesn't get the ash out of the bottom of the filter. When the soot and crap gets "burned" off it turns to ash which goes to the bottom of the filter. When that is full, the DPF can no longer function.

So, the tow truck was supposed to be here at 0600. That turned into 0700. Which turned to 0730. It's now 0805 and I called the third party company (TTM Fleet Solutions) that JCT is using to setup a tow to figure out where the hell is the tow truck. It ain't getting any cooler out here (APU went down a few days ago).

Apparently the tow driver got "lost" and went and did another job when I was first on the list. So, TTM cancelled them because it was going to another 3+ hours for them to get out here. They got someone else who supposed to be here in 60-90 minutes.

TTM is doing good with keeping me updated via text message and had gotten an update text from them while on the phone with them.
